At Onix Pickleball, we stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your pickleball gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective covers are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
